As the founder of talentX, I am your trusted advisor.
I am a highly experienced talent & people leader with over a decade of experience working with some of the most exciting tech companies across the world including Careem, Rain, and Just Eat.
As a founder, leader, and employee, I have had first-hand experience of the people issues faced by fast-growing companies and I know what it takes to get things moving, in often very chaotic environments.
I founded talentX because every company I work with is facing some sort of people issue, whether they can't attract the right talent, quickly enough, or they can't retain them. These are pain points that keep a LOT of people awake at night, but with the expertise of the talentX team, we help you to put the right frameworks in place to give you the competitive advantage to win.
I'm super passionate about people and company growth, and I draw upon my wealth of experience to design and execute strategies that help you to hire better talent, build a people-first company, and create a winning culture.
